Waking up

We are learning to right a descriptive piece of writing about waking up in the morning and we had to write ideas down and this is my piece of writing hope you like it.

Sunshine sneaks through my curtains  and then the darkness fades away but it is still a little bit dark  in my bedroom.I feel so relaxed my body looks like a ball. Then I see my dog on me and he is licking my face and it feels like someone is splashing me.There are pots and pans banging and I whispered to myself ” is dad making breakfast”? Also I think  dad is stoking the fire. I’m talking to my dog and said is it Saturday? But of course he didn’t answer because he is a dog. I tried to go back to sleep and I rolled to far and almost fell out of bed. I am feeling so scared. The birds are chirping I felt like I was in wonderland.Then I through my blankets off and I was as energetic as a cheetah. By Autumn

First jazz solo

This is a piece of writing. It was a task from a book our class has been reading.Hope you like it.

Standing on the wing of the stage  getting ready to go on for my jazz solo.  It was my first time doing a solo. I  was worried I would mess up but I didn’t.  My family, my dance teacher and I thought I nailed it.

School Camp

Day one of camp

On Tuesday we drove to Bridge Valley. On the way there we had two flat tyres it was on Lase’s car   and  on Ben's  trailer there tyers looked as flat as a balloon.The drive was fun but annoying because it took so long . Finally we got there.I was looking  forward to rock climbing.

Day two

It was different because we did abseiling I didn't do it last

time. It was really dark as dark as a cave. The flying fox over the lake we \didn’t  do it last time  because we were too  little it was really fun .I went first in my activity group.

Day  three

I felt excited and proud of myself. Because I done the the iron man I jumped off the water slide like a penguin. I didn’t need eney help. When I was swimming in the lake.

Day four

My favourite experience was the flying fox. I will miss the activities.

And the delicious food it was as delicious as restaurant food.I can’t wait for next time we go to Bridge Valley.

Trip To Arahura Marae
