The Science Fair!

On wednesday the 29 of July Aashna, Isaac, Priya and I went to John Paul for the science fair. There were a lot of amazing entries that we enjoyed.

When we got there we got to go around and explore, read all of the entries. It was split into groups: the Primary entries, Year nine, Year 10, Year 11 and up. When you walked you got a voting sheet to vote for your favourite. I saw quite a lot that I liked but I chose the one called concentration. The topic was does the background affect your concentration about a game. After that we all had to sit down because it was time for the science fair to start. First we did the prayer and then the prizes. Our school didn’t win anything. But we still were happy with what we did. Then the principle said thank you to everyone who participated and came. Then it was time to leave.

Here are some photos, with our boards!

  1. Hello Autumn! My name is Mia from Yaldhurst Model School. I liked the way that you put photos in your blog so that way we get a better idea of what you are talking about.

The science fair sounds fun! although, I've never actually had the opportunity to go to one or participate in one. What did your group do yours on?

I can't think of much to improve, maybe you could make it into a presentation to make it more interesting to read?

    Awesome work!

  2. Hello Autumn, I'm Amelia from Yaldhurst Model School.

I liked the way you talked about some things that you did at the science fair like the concentration experiment.

This reminds me of when I watch youtube and read about science fairs and things like that sometimes.

To improve, you could add a slideshow or a canva or something like that to make it more interesting.

Why did you decide to blog about this topic?

Cya later Autumn, keep it up!
